Sheer brilliance in a glass. A gift from either Martin or David. Absolutely stunning presentation. Great showing on the front and mid palate. Nice fine-grained tannins help present what is a suave package. Finish just sails on. Thank you so much, guys!

Oct 24th, 2018Deep dark only core with a Ruby rim. Copious notes of mocha, blackberry and tobacco. Quite extracted, the mouth is full and intense; black and blue fruit, smoked meat and black pepper ride an integrated and balanced acidity. The finish is long with sweet, fine grained tannins.

Drinking incredibly well. The tannins are sweet, and balanced by a soft acidity. loads of dark blue fruits and vanilla on the palate mix with tobacco, coffee and chocolate.

Oct 14th, 2017Super dark and concentrated in the glass. Notes of cassis, gravel and cedar dominate the nose. On the palate strong flavors of blackberry and currants fill your mouth with a rich, silky texture...a touch savory in the background. Soft(ish) tannins and low to medium acidity. Long finish. This is a really nice wine.
