Opened one off the truck on Wednesday, just a splash and let breathe a bit in the fridge then decanted for 2 hours today. Completely different wine. It’s a $100.00 bottle if you work it properly. Wouldn’t pay release price though.

2021 vintage. Last tasted 5.28.25 (9.0). This showing was demonstratively better. Not as good as their CRU offering because it was 2x+ the price of the CRU but still, it came outta left field and nailed the runner at the plate. 10.8.25.

We decided to open a "special" bottle last night for date night in. Decanted for 2 hours. Very disappointing for the price point, totally unremarkable.
