Bright yellow with a slight greenish hue. Lots of acidic fruits on the nose, like granny smith apples and lemon. Slightly buttery attack that was then overcome by clean fruits, such as white and tropical fruits. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and a medium body. A little sharp in the finish, moderate plus in length. Seems to only have a little oak influence. This would be nice to try in a couple years once it has some time to numb that sharpness. Drink till 2023.
