Les Narvaux Meursault Chardonnay

Bright acidity dominates the fruit and wood notes at this time. Needs years for this solid effort in a tough vintage

Definitely some California characteristics. Med + concentration with a yellow core. Med + intensity and complexity showing power and ripeness. Corn, vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, chervil, cotton candy, hay, spices, and caramel. The palate had a firm structure with med + acid and abv showing great tension with some bitterness. The complexity was med + but wound up and compact. The balance seemed a little disjointed and the finish a bit awkward. Vraiment un joli vin 3ème de 4. Belle tension, arômes de chèvrefeuille, citron et lime, miel, amande, crème pâtissière. Me rappelle une bonne Keylime pie de Floride.
