The grapes come from Rully village, in the north of the Côte Chalonnaise between Mercurey and Santenay in Limestone and clay soil. Pale straw with aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate apple and lemon flavors with hints of vanilla. The finish was well balanced with acidity ending with minerality. Very Nice! Tasting Sample.

a bouquet of sugared lemon, honeysuckle, some pine flavors show rich buttery yeast, lemon, honey, rocky and vegetal as well. the initial acid relaxes beautifully on the tongue.
