Rough around the edges.

Loaded with Brett and VA upon opening but as it breathed, filled out in a truly fantastic way.

First time trying giradin's reds. Unbelievable concentration: iron, pine, freshly picked raspberries.

Savory and earthy. With an umami driven miso crusted sea bass, delicious. Oak present, but not so much as one might expect. Nice.

Needs an hour to open up but once ready is very well balanced.
