Wrong wine. A tasty fleurie though. Not profound, but a reminder to save your Beaujolais before you drink it.

Feb 20th, 2016Darkest, most brooding Beaujolais I've ever had. Nice, but lacks the freshness and acidity I'd expect.

Dec 21st, 2014Bright ruby. Fresh bread and sour cherry on nose. Bright and fleshy, pretty palate. Fine boned, but feels a bit lean, sitting on top of palate. Simple, dry finish. Nice./came together, v.nice

Feb 18th, 2014Sat on this on purpose to test its aging capability. the wine was quite drinkable and showed well. youthful bright flavors replaced by dried flowers and it could easily have been confused with barbaresco
