Juicy pineapple, citrus blossoms, and a waxy, luscious mouthful make this a truly delicious wine. Immediately recalls Badenhorst's 2013-2014 vintages.

Didn’t love this one night one, but it danced nicely with night twos pairing (Chinese food). The nose puts fourth a wonderful blend of minerals and melons (muss and honeydew, to name a few). You’ve also got bubblegum, apricot and lime leaf. There’s just a touch of creaminess on the palette, but it lacks in acidity for my taste. More citrus on the palette than other fruit, a touch of MF funk, but thankfully not on par with a CA chard. Good with the food, a bit lacking by itself.

Really wonderful value. Full bodied round profile, pineapple, not too sweet, low acidity, tart finish.

Early creamy apple-pear and steel melds with pineapple and butter as the wine approaches room temperature. Dry with balanced acidity. Served with grilled salmon atop a lemon-dill butter and cream sauce, flanked by three stuffed mushrooms with walnuts, spinach, and cheeses.
