Dauvissat's 2009 Sechet has so much density and weight. Concentrated citrus rock and cream. While the precision and clarity is there, it felt as if acidity and alcohol were in balance, if both lower. I love this vintage in Burgundy in general and even more when the wines show it in character.

Meh...not sure what the fuss with his Séchet is about. Maybe I'm missing something or the bottle was less than stellar. Give me Fôret from Dauvissat any day
