Beautiful floral notes with citrus and minerals. Quite ripe bug lush rather than bloody with real balance and complexity. Lovely stuff and drinking well now.

Medium gold color. Heavy in the glass. Leesy nose with notes of lemon, apricot, tan spice and sea shells. With air this really blossomed. Became exotic and later was atypical for a Chablis. Yet it always had great fruit and powerful acidity. (Bday dinner 2/13)

Light gold. Killer nose. Notes of honey suckle, wet stones, tan spice, vanilla, white soil and some apricot. Rich and viscous in the mouth. Coats the palate. Outstanding finish. Loved this.

Pretty tight but clearly classy. There’s chalky minerality, a hint of lime, some rock pools on the nose all straining on the leash. The midpalate is brightly saline with hints of honey. This needs time but has great balance. Score based on potential.

Alongside the 02 this is a pup. But what a wine in prospect. Some of that oyster shell and soft lemon on the nose. Tightly coiled but not ripe on the middle. Great balance. It needs time, but great.

This is a beautiful bottle. Rock pool, cool lime, slateiness. Wonderfully aged with soft edges and a shifting end to the palate with honey, saline, elderflower. This is really lovely

Lovely and poised. Deep and rounded. Warm lemon oil and oyster shells. The ripeness and roundness of 2010 but this is in a delicious place. Not quite as crystal as the Raveneau alongside but lovely body.
