Light and defined and sharp. Light line with a touch of white pepper. Still quite tight and restrained. Maybe needs a bit of time

Gorgeous and lush. Lime and pear and light floral notes. Wet stone… hints of peach and salt. Complex, bright, light and oily in texture. Great.

Decant your white burgs! This improved so much with air. There’s such power and verve with incredible depth and seamlessness of its layered Chablisen minerality, with buttercream, roasted hazelnuts and an ocean spray-like salinity. It’s texturally captivating, wrapping around the palate with killer density without weight. Racy acids balance its richness and secondary nuttiness and it finishes forever. Excellent.

When I taste a wine like this my first reaction is why am I not drinking more Chablis. Opened and the race was on. The quintessential grand cru Chablis. Never stopped putting on weight and complexity . Plenty of life ahead

Fully mature. Some light notes of sherry, limpid lime, oyster shells, lemon oil, slate. Complex, long and delicious. Very good.

This vintage is drinking so well right now while you wait for 12 and 14. After a multi hour decant Dauvissat’s 2013 Clos radiates with power and intensity showing tremendous volume, textural weight and layers of oyster shell minerality, racy lemony acids and a massively long, vibrant, saline finish. Still many years to go on this one.

Tropical notes of pineapple, passion fruit, lemon oil, flint. Really intense and sexy with good balance and a lot of punchy fruit. Very good stuff
