Really became a nice elegant cab franc after decanting for a couple hours. Nice contrasting green flavors between a minty herbaciousness and green bell pepper. Along with fresh ground coffee hints.

Perfectly good if not spectacular. A bit fussy though - needed some time to break through the tannins and get anywhere decent.

Paul Sherman Chile class. Dark fruits, green pepper / jalapeño, green leaves and stems, mint, violet, vanilla. Medium to full bodied.

Herbs, mint/menthol, earth, tobacco, savoury, jammy. Lots going on here. Food-friendly (grilled chicken).

Such a wonderful wine!

Vinho delicioso, com toques de fruta e amadeirado tb.
Recomendo!

Nice drinking wine. Had it with fresh spring rolls.
