Late Harvest Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Sweet but not syrupy; strong pear notes.

After dinner engagement wine. Sweet honey and pear.

Honey and apricot notes, sweet but not cloying. Very light and smooth.

Chiles first operating winery. Rich honey and floral smell. Taste has viscosity and is very well balanced for a desert wine. Nice lingering finish.

Luscious desert wine. Full mouth feel but not overly sweet. Following the port and cheese this is almost a palate cleanser.

Grapefruit, gooseberry, white flowers and light honey. Good acid. Gets kind of green and bitter on the palate, almost like the grapes were pressed too hard...still a great VT for Pocket change.
