Stunningly unique. Stone-floral purity on the nose, much more mineral than autolytic. On the palate the texture is spellbinding and unique: the weight “caves in” in the middle of the to give, leaving a super light body and a ring of intense aromatics around it, with layers on stone and laser acidity persisting. Hard to describe but so obviously recognizable
