Rich tomato vine aromas, one of my favorite smells. Touch of banana and citrus. Fresh and crisp, candied flavors, more banana and tropical notes. Tasty.

Really fresh zingy flavour packed Savvy B, one of the nicest I've had for less than a tenner

Villa Maria 2014 Sauvignon Blanc Private Bin. A softer more creamy sauv Blanc on the palate. Hints if of course grapefruit, grass and celery.

Green apple, star fruit, and lemon. Piercing acidity that grips and will not let go. Definitely meant to be paired with food. Acid was a little too strong for my taste.

Wonderful wine. Dry with hints of fruit. Both Debi and I enjoyed it.

I like this reservedly. Straw colored. Crazy cool tropical grapefruit mineral on the nose. Nicely creamy on the palate, but also very high acid. Like, not medium plus, just straight-up HIGH. Clear grapefruit on the palate and finish, with a balancing note of tropical blossoms. If I wasn't having this with fried seafood I think the acid would outweigh the killer aroma, smoothness and finish, and make it almost undrinkable. Hard to give a number rating for that reason.

An old classic by now, but this is so much flavorful than 99% of other sauv blancs.
