Friday night brunello! What a great vintage...ready right out of the bottle, but decanting ready is helping ease out the funk, and push forward the tart ripe fruit.

Sour cherry, raisin, fennel salami, and forest. On the palate, dried herbs, soy and caramel. M+ balanced. Beautiful wine. A great example of a brunello di montalcino.
