Dec 10th, 2022Unfiltered and spontaneous maceration. Farmhouse nose (in a positive way) and very nice in taste. A bit rustic and solid tannic backbone. Nice!

Bright red fruit with good grip. I think this would work better with food rather than just on its own.

Found this had a plastic/brettanomyces nose. Light plum and cherry notes a bit watery/light similar to a Pinot noir. Mouthfeel is plush and a bit chewy/waxy but all in a good way. A cool natty wine.

Wow, exotic fruit, smoky spices, wooden, herbaceous aromas. Rustic, bright fruit, with herbal, meaty, smoky flavors. Very clean and very pretty on the palate. So much freshness and crispness for an Etna Rosso. Very alluring stuff - can’t wait to see what this domaine continues to produce.
