Crisp with good minerality

Rich, but still crisp and refreshing. Lots of flavor running the gambit from orchard fruit to wet stone to spice. Very satisfying and fantastic retail value.

A great mix of rich flavors & crisp textures. Fresh juicy melon leading to bright citrus on the finish. We enjoyed this with salmon & salad tonight and was able to travel to the island far away from quarantine.

Nice and crisp. Touch on the acidic side for my tastes.
