Ageing quite nicely - such a sturdy wine. Viscous texture but super dry - white peach, lychee, Asian pear, the green melon. Yummy for a date night at home. Parents of 6 year olds sometimes have date nights at home. It's pretty awesome.

3rd of 3. Big, rich, very herbal. Viscous. A bit of bitter on the finish with a hint of coconut. Complex. Layered.

Slightly oxidative. Reminds me a ton of Lopez de Heredia white wine, but with more crisp acid. Generous & ready for the table. Has some round edged tropical fruit with more mineral tones on the back end. Very good.

Wow! This is unique and amazing. Who knew Malvasia and an ancient type of Sauvignon could taste like this. Needs air. Palate coating like honey with Asian pear, apple, butter, limes, saline quality. Lingers on the palate for many minutes. I could see this rivaling some great chardonnays for a lot of people. Could age for many more years.
