Emirates in flight Business Class Lounge.

Again, hoped for better but, just saw a bottle of 09 Dom fly by. I’ll be inquiring about that momentarily.

The VC is nice but, prefer more reductive champagne. Some bruised pear & apple, citrus blend, baked pineapple, brioche, ginger, cream soda, darker, large grainy minerals, gritty chalkiness, sharp acidity and 60% oxidized & 40% reductive, polished, rich finish.

VCP...maybe it's over rated. But those tiny bubbles and consistent quality make this a go Champagne. Not overly sweet, plenty buttery and sophisticated...it always pleases.

Endless rosary of tiny bubbles, within a light golden straw color. Nice compromise on the nose between aromas of freshly made brioche and bread dough, and green apple, and citric acidity. The tangyness in this champagne es fenomenal. Great body to it, very harmonious and interesting composition. Great value for the price. Its acidity is really seductive and gracious. Very discreate orangy flavor on the ligering finish. 91 pts.

Legendary bubbles - big and bold, has juicy acidity and an amazing versatility with a toasty finish which lingers.

Clear, ale gold, small bubbles with medium persistence; medium intensity aromas of ripe yellow apple, yellow pear, fresh lemon juice, quince, subtle toast; dry, medium plus acid, subtle tannic grip, round creamy mousse, medium body, medium alcohol, medium intensity flavors of riper yellow and green fruit, subtle toast and brioche; more primary fruit and less concentrated autolytic notes suggest shorter time on lees, flavors well integrated, high acid balanced with creamy texture; very good

Had this to celebrate our Anniversary last This Champagne House is judged on the quality of its Brut NV. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides structure, typically of a Clicquot, Pinot Meunier adds roundness & Chardonnay adds elegance. Light golden color, complex aromas of stone & citrus fruit & creamy biscuit. Tiny bubbles, light mousse, apple & orange flavors with raspberry tones, in a well balanced structure. The finish has plenty of toasty nutty yeast, clean and elegant on the long ending. Consistent!

The difference between breakfast and brunch. Don't even think about corrupting this with fruit juice.
