The Demi-Sec gets a boost with a 45g/l sugar dosage. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, about 40% reserve wines. Pale lemon color with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long clean finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and citrus character, not overly sweet!

Exactly what we wanted to celebrate a sweet bit of news with our neighbours. The Demi-Sec has ample sweetness but the wine isn't cloying or overly candied. Mousse is delicate but noticeable. Wonderful way to celebrate great news.
