Fun wine. Notes of Campari, burnt orange, spice, red fruit, flowers on the nose. The palate was lean but lively. Balanced structure but lacked fruit in mid palate. Fine finish. Good food wine. #frappato #sicily #ctbucklinwine

Raspberry fruit leather and passion fruit with soft oak on the nose. Delicate but ripe red fruit on the palate with a good bitter balance on the finish.

Like cherry juice. Reminciensent of a light pinot. Almost cherry wood too. I had a wine from the Canary islands like this once.
