Quite shy with some fresh dough, fresh green apple, a whiff of marcipan, lemon peel. Very fresh & fine.
Lovely froth on the palate, super tiny persistent bubbles. Nice mouthfeel with a bit of creaminess.
Lively lemony acidity (just 5gr dosage), not overly fruity, with very nice minerality and a salty touch towards the long finish. This has precision, energy and character. A truly nice wine.
