Super dry. Aromas of ripe banana and dried apricots. Light and delicate on the palate. To me there is more flavor after you swallow, than in the mouth. Nothing like burping Sherry!

Delicate, extremely light in color, slight salinity, a little one dimensional, not the best of Valdespino I'd say.

Very dry sherry, floral and fresh, no where near the oxidative qualities I was expecting for being under the flor for 5 years. I want this before every nice meal for now on!
