Renaissance Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne Blend

Fresh lemon curd cookies of a nose.

Really fine bubbles, medium weight with tangerine zest, lemon and a hint of tarragon.
A lovely and solid champ!

Very drinkable and great finish. Preferred over most other House champagnes I’ve tried.

Medium gold with plenty of small bubbles. The nose exhibits some really nice floral aromas off the bat. Very pretty and enchanting. Green apples and grapefruit. The citrus here is eventually overpowered by the red fruits. Strawberries and a touch of raspberry. Pink grapefruit is outstanding here.

Pure Meunier from Cumieres and very terroir driven. Aged for 2 years with only minor dosage. The acidity has a definite bite that I love but not too much of one. Soft and pleasing in the mouth. Apricots and honey on the tongue along with minerals and the rumor of chalk. A very very fine champagne. One that grows as time passes.

100% Pinot Meunier, tiny bubbles, really complex, delicate and balanced, long finish, terrific Champagne!!
