Vittorio's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and earthy spice, has 10% Petite Verdot in mix. On the palate concentrated flavors of black cherry, raspberry and black currant with espresso, mocha and vanilla oak notes. Good balance, lively acidity, fine soft ripe tannins, medium+ ending with fruit, cedar and herb pepper spice! Drink ‘15 now, seems to be at its best!

Big and bold with oak right on the front then blackberry, vanilla, and a hint of pepper.

dark and earthy with rich forest floor and coffee. A touch sharp on the oak for me but bold in all the right ways. Needs a steak.

Nose is plum, leather, anise, and cocoa. The palate features dark cherry, blackberry, plum, leather, cranberry sauce, cocoa, cola, black tea, and cinnamon. High alcohol, high acid, medium tannin, and medium finish. Good depth and complexity, but could use a bit more vibrancy in the fruit.

Dark and big with smoke, blackberry, and oak. Tannins and structure to hold up to food but good enough to drink on it’s own.

Blackberry, oak, ash, and truffle. Big but not harsh with good acidity. Perfect with steak.

Tobacco, plum, black cherry, and smoke. Dark and rich.

Once we let this gem open up...WOW! Full rich and a nice long finish
