A mouthful of love. Low tannin for cab sauv, thick and dark like a storm/something rude. Drink alone (without food, with company)

Pretty good. Smells quite funky at first, but after a couple of minutes it opened up and became very tasteful. Definitely a yes.

Firm tannins, paper, interruptive sort of texture. Quite on the dry side. Low plus acidity, medium plus tannin, mint, bitter, dry wood, forest floor, blackberry, almost coffee ground in the finish. I bet some short term cellaring would be interesting. Nice structure. Big in it's dry character and tannin but really quite subtle and nuanced, more so than I first thought.
