Got a chance to taste the new vintage and I am immediately in love. Lots of flavor, but it has that old world restraint. I would say probably six months to a year wit’ll be hitting its stride

Nice pasta wine. Nothing to write home about. Medium weighted, would like to try again at a lower temp.

Dried cherries, plums, chaparral. Beautiful depth and texture. Best domestic Sangio I've tried. Well done Mike!

Amazing complexity for a 15 year old California Zin. However I'm not surprised since it's from Unti. If you still have some, drink them now!

One of a few California wineries that pulls off a restrained version of a classic European wine. Uniquely CA, but linked to Old World roots. Tastes pretty darn nice, to boot.

Huge difference when poured thru a #vinturi Earth and chalk turns to blackberry and cherry. Delicious.
