There is no better domestic bubbly. Whole family were very impressed with this. The producer allocates me the absolute bare minimum, so I’m only able to secure one bottle. Oh well, at least I get to taste it…

Nice perfume and lift. I only wish is for finer bubbles but I understand the reason why it was made the way it was.

New vintage but I bought out my allocation so decided to try one because I remembered liking the 2011 rosé way back when. Reductive then really opened up well but not as electrifying as I remember the 11 being. Showing better though than other younger ultramarines I’ve had so hope it becomes good with age. I would say 3 years till the next one
