Nice perfume and lift. I only wish is for finer bubbles but I understand the reason why it was made the way it was.

Huge acid and energy but also huge reduction which took a lot to blow off. A lot of fruit up front but the acid is overpowering. Will these come around? Three years since the last, wait three more for another. 2/6 bought on release

Dec 28th, 2024New vintage but I bought out my allocation so decided to try one because I remembered liking the 2011 rosé way back when. Reductive then really opened up well but not as electrifying as I remember the 11 being. Showing better though than other younger ultramarines I’ve had so hope it becomes good with age. I would say 3 years till the next one
