Cool blend of mostly Napa juice with a little Sonoma blended in. Bright juicy aromas of grapefruit with notes of lemongrass. Clean and crisp on the palate with wonderful biting acidity. Fresh flavors of citrus with gentle herbal notes. The bright acidity continues through the medium finish.

2014 - just bottled. Zesty with plenty of cut. White currant, elder flower, spearmint, Kaffir lime and candied ginger on the nose. Bone dry with moderate alcohol (13.9) and traces of mineral.
