Orange Chicken demands this wine. It's mid November and I cannot stop drinking lovely whites and rosés. God bless you @William Allen - Two Shepherds !

Five days on skin give this a beautiful pale salmon color. Quince, aniseed, rhubarb, peach pit, and wet gravel are a joy to smell. This wine accompanied chicken Provençal like they were meant for each other. The acidity is enough to make this wine friendly alone, but shines with a meal!

First orange wine we have ever tried and love what William does with this. Orangey pink with medium intensity. Nose started off a little dirty with some candied apples, burnt toast and some petrol. Definitely seems like it has some oak influences. On day two it added in some smoked and savory notes. Bright moderate acidity (7/10) that rounded out on day two with some citrus and tight raspberries. A little dirty too with some hay. Light and crisp body with a little minerality leading into the long finish. Very interesting wine with some beautiful layers. Drink till 2020.

Et ben c'est bien ça. Un peu trop lourd et fort tout seul, mais en mangeant, très très bien. Ce serait parfait pour grillades

Skin fermented gray varietal (12 days on the skins). Gorgeous. Aroma is low tide, the washed up sea stuff that's been baking in the sun for a few hours. Pickled green peach almond stone and melon rims on the palate. Fucking beautiful.

Funk-Eh. In a good way! Really cool and unique wine. Has the nose and grip of a red, with the lightness of a white. Great wine.

Celebrating Bryce’s Bday with a birth year wine - 2014! What an interesting bottle. Beautiful orange color. Nose of crushed stone and strawberries. Flavors of hazelnuts and salted caramel. Outstanding! Thanks @William Allen - Two Shepherds !!
