Can't forget a Great Shiraz at Easter Dinner with family. Big rich full bodied , nice texture and mouth feel. This one was in cellar for 18 months. Wow could not wait for this Shiraz. CB 95 in my book!!

Needed to open something special and this does the job. Decanted for an hour. Dark dark red in the glass. Raspberry, currant, stone fruit, chocolate and oak. Spicy, soft tannins. Ready for another bottle 🙌🏻
