Very good wine, great way to commemorate week 1 of the NFL :) No hard edges and has great balance with gentle tannins. I doubt it will get better than this. Drink now.

Red currant, bright summer fruit. Mouth watering with glycerin mouth-feel. Medium tannins which softened over two to three hours after opening.

Fruit explosion at first. You definitely get the the dried cherry and pomegranate, yet not overly sweet. It's juicy and fresh with a great dry cleansing finish. The tannins gently tug on your tongue as it goes down; flavors lingering until that next sip. This is a great vintage! I've been drinking the '07 since '11 and it gets even better as it ages.

Smoke, cherry, plum, chocolate, pomegranate and cedar. Great balance with medium tannin. Aged in French oak. Pairing it with a grilled pork tenderloin. Fabulous dusty cab with a hint of raspberry on the finish.
