This still shows great acidity and lovely mature aromas and flavors, even at 10 years old I’d guess this will continue to hold at this plateau, very fine Alsatian Pinot Gris!!

On the nose apricot, ripe peach, dry chrysanthemum, hint of seashell and white floral. Full, viscous on the palate with crisp acidity. The long finish is a fascinating combination of subtle sweetness, bitterness, and saline.
This is peaking, and will be drinking nicely over the next 3-4 years.

On the slightly sweeter side with whiffs of pineapple and custard, medium acid. Great compliment with halibut and anchovy garlic butter.
