Jul 22nd, 2026So Trimbachian in its chiseled leanness. Nose has crisp crushed stone minerality, bright green apple fruit, high-toned floral notes. So crisp and lean and intense in the mouth. Puckering acidity. Nice concentration. This will last at least another 10 years.

Stunning. Lime before lemon zest gustatory explosion. White peach and hints of wild herbs. Searing minerality, acid, flint and wet stones. Approaching bone dry. Probably the only acceptable Shake Shack pairing. WE # 2 wine OTY.
