Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre Alsace Gewürztraminer

Nails! This wine is aging gracefully like Michelle Phifer. It has gained color, but still has that Gewertztraminer nose. A little less spice but more stone and dried fruit. Trimbach knows their sauce

Sweetness, pears and slight spices at the end. Over the hill.

2004 vintage. Delicious with roast pork. In its prime

Very sweet! Almost like a Riesling

With asparagus and chorizo! Yes!
