Cork pulled cleanly; still in excellent condition. Took my time enjoying the rose petal, soil and truffle aromas and the dried sour cherry, earth, mushroom, and briney flavors, nicely complemented by a beautiful mushroom risotto courtesy of @Steven Perlman.
