Jun 24th, 2018Far less tropical than the Hyde, showing more citrus notes with hints of vanilla. Still a rich wine that is balanced with a great acidity. I love how Tor manages to create beautiful Chardonnays that manage to show aspects of both Burgundy and California at the same time and seem teeter just on the edge of restraint. Delicious.

Tropical fruits of apricots, peaches and other , rich full bodied with just right touch of oak and vanilla. Great job! Tor also has a Durelll, and Hudson and Hyde Chards. All delicious 2013's. CB 95

Jul 13th, 20152013 - still very tight and restrained even after letting it breath. Good acidity and honey. I look forward to opening the next one in a year or two.
