An incredible display of a Napa cab with a little age and great winemaker - thank you Tor and Elizabeth for hosting WNH and @Carl Fischer for setting up - this was a pnp believe it or not - I forgot to add @Shay A to the tagged attendees - sorry my friend

Nothing like an Apple Pan burger at our wine storage and a .375 of Tor!

I love .375’s and I’m so glad Tor makes a great Cabernet in a 1/2 bottle.

Tor’s entry Cabernet is a cuvée from their single vineyard sites (mainly Cimarossa mixed with To Kalon, Melanson, Herb Lamb, Tierra Roja and Vine Hill Ranch). The nose offers up leather, cinnamon and blueberry. Fruit-forward on the entry, cherry and blackberry flavors dominate with hints of spice on the finish. The wine is medium to medium/full-bodied - definitely lighter bodied than most Tor Wines I’ve enjoyed. Despite its youthfulness, it is drinking well - though I would suggest opening at least an hour before consuming.

Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate today's release of Tor's 2015 wines (and mask pain from the HELOC I'm going to need to take out to pay for all of them). The nose is full of blackberries, leather and a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate the wine is silly smooth, fruit-forward, abundance of dark fruits and a touch of spice and dark chocolate. I believe this is a Cuvée of To Kalon, Cimarossa and Mast single Vineyard barrels. It's drinking so well right now. Decanted for an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Tor wines - I have never been disappointed by a bottle.

Delicious, especially for a 2011. No sign of any vegetable notes. Just delicious fruit.

Long day and an unshared .375 - priceless. Great cab from a difficult vintage.
