Cuvée Torchiana Napa Valley Chardonnay

Notes of baked pineapple on the nose. Lifted, extravagant palate of roasted almonds and crème brûlée. Oily, viscous and heavy on the mid palate. Very little acidity to talk about. Finished with a hint of nutmeg and mango. Burgundy lovers should fall back.

This wine is befitting my queen.
Almonds and citrus fruits on the nose. Palate is luscious, weighty and complex. Layers of green fruits, combine with oily mouthfeel and moderate acidity.
We need more Tor chardonnay in our cellar.

6 barrels. That's a big Chardonnay in a 1/2 bottle. I generally prefer an Unoaked Chardonnay, but this is elegant

375ml. Needed lots of air as the alcohol eventually blew off and the peaches, pears and Meyer lemons appeared. Nice depth and finish.

Nice aged Chardonnay, not much acid but I like the viscosity of these older ones
