When chill, tannin forward. Close to room temp, fruits explode and complement very well sweet and sour dishes, as well as cheese w/ peasant bread

Great value—a bit heavy on the oak but nice with short ribs braised with orange zest, port, and star anise. Do again with spicy ragus or meats.

Almost creamy with light tinged of plum and fruit mixed with the berries - I thought it was interesting but too coy with the taste. Should have gone one way or the other
