Above average Pinot Noir. Great with food and good for an afternoon drink. Not overwhelming, just right.

Light pinot. Strawberry notes were what I picked up on the most. Nice red for summer. I usually prefer to drink reds with food, but could definitely sip on this one by itself.

Mediocre Pinot with overwhelming strawberry nose and almost port like over oxidation on the body. Drinkable but not remarkable. Over wrought and over engineered with little to no expression of terroir.

There is a saying "you can't judge a book by its cover" - does it apply to wines too?? In this case, I think the label reflects the wine inside. Subtle, classic, and appealing can be said of the label and the wine! Nice strawberry as you drink with a nice gentle smooth finish. There is an undertone of spice, but I cannot say what spice it is. Nevertheless, the strawberry and the spice round out this smooth wine nicely. As I write this, I'm enjoying a glass of it right now.
