Palate is just electric, tangy and just teeming with energy and has such a finesse with pronounced acidity. Really just a force. Love 16’s. Wonderful texture and crunch. Just super engaging and so open. Best bottle of this I’ve had yet.

Jun 23rd, 2020Lemon, sweet Meyer lemon, lemon cake, almond paste, minerals upon minerals, so clean and exuberant. Fresh and lively with intense lemon and lime fruit and some terrific green apple. Juicy and so clean. So much acid and grip. Balanced and long. Finishes salty.

That was freaking good!! Wow. Beautiful fruit, racy, full on the mid palate lots of orchard fruits medium-dense texture, and with great backbone. Loved this.

Popped yesterday, notes from today, and wow has this benefitted from 24 hrs open. On the nose: soft lanolin, loads of pear, underripe peach, lovely mineral notes. On the palate: sweet apple, fantastic minerality, sea salt, lovely density and a long finish.

Awesome Riesling crystalline quality nose of lemon peel, minerals, fresh cut almonds, some wet hay. Palate is even more Riesling-esque. Stunning palate. Just perfect. Balance is extraordinary as is the crystalline quality. So mineral, long and juicy with a sense of serious underlying material and density. Stunning sappy and authoritative flavors command your attention on the finish. The finish lasts for minutes. I can't believe how stunning this is.
