Jul 15th, 2018Really woodsy, mushroom, earthy up front with some sour cherry and cranberry. Opens up as floral and elegant. Very soft and acid driven. Really comes across as Pinot Noir, but is something like 80/20 gamay/Pinot Noir.

Jun 6th, 2018Not quite as pretty as I remember, but I could just be tired. The acid is veering into unpleasant territory. Carbonic maceration? Will revisit tomorrow night. ☺️
