Rare white varietal from the Tokaji Region in Hungry. Golden yellow honey color, Apple and honey aromas with a good dose of acid and melon fruits on the pallet. Paired with grilled tuna today - delicious!

oddity pretty much sums up this holiday weekend. this wine was the highlight: white flowers, juicy, fleshy yellow fruit.

This is a very, very enjoyable wine to sip on its own, but I imagine a rich chicken dish, or perhaps fish, would work. It's got a nice and clean, spicy nose and crisp finish, and it's got a hiiiiiiint of the rubberiness of Aussie sémillon happening. I dig.

Dry. Slate and mineral, nose suggested more Viognier... Tasty. Would like to try with a variety of foods.

Apricot, lemon rind, stone, chalk & smoke. A long finish. Great with salmon & Mediterranean herbs. $15!
