Give me this over their actual ‘The Prisoner’ blend. Nearly half the price… and The Prisoner isn’t twice as good.
Your typical commercialized California red blend… smooth and more fruit than the average palate needs.

Decanted 15: smells of cherry Coke... dark fruit and white pepper on the palate with a very oaky finish. Decanted 1 hour: mellows out while keeping the best aspects of its flavor profile. Like it!

A central coast Cab leading blend thats bold and fruit-forward. Ripe blackberry and dark cherry mingle with notes of mocha and vanilla. An entry level bottling from the Prisoner. Not bad given the price point.
