Feb 11th, 2023Deep gold with white-yellow highlights. Sauternes-like nose of honey and magnolia blossom. Full-bodied palate yields the same honey and magnolia adding navel orange, lemon rind, white peach, and almond. Medium minus acidity. Medium finish. This big white blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and white Rhône varieties is too heavy for a refreshing sipper, but a good pair for rich white wine fare like scallops, lobster Thermidor, or fruited salmon. Drink now.

Jul 7th, 2021Round, creamy structure after the most bright citrus, floral bouquet on the nose. White violet, lemon followed by earthy, toasted walnut. If you're reading this, you understand that this wine jumps across all spectrums. The toasted walnut finish is wild.
