Savory and a hint smokey with notes of spiced red cherries, lots of minerals and hints of savory herbs.

Wonderful, still in a transition phase. Earth, leather, dried roses, dried red berries, caramel on the finish.

Oregon '99 Pinot noir dinner Top Five - 2nd place. A beautiful wine from Eyrie's famed South block. Tons of length, fruit and mineral intensity and nice balance of oak and tannin. Only knock is the weight is a little light, but the good aspects far out weighs this.
