Chasselas Doré

Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Sulfur funk in nose in initial pour, followed by floral, stone fruit and vanilla notes. Peach and lemon flavors with high acidity, dry, slight skin astringency with minerality on finish. Would cut through a cheese fondue like a buzzsaw, but with a lovely flavor profile. A curious juxtaposition, that... Decant 20 minutes. Umami taste emerges after an hour.

Could use a touch more weight (only 9.5% abv) but a delightful picnic wine.

i love little fairy dress wine but the patricia green is so much better.

Geeky Swiss varietal #wine from Oregon. Nice weight and acidity.

Citrus and saline and white flowers like whoa.

Light as a feather. Drinkable by the pitcher. 10.5% alc. and dry.

Hot damn, this is good! 9.5% alc & acid for days.

Face peeling acidity and I dig it.

Lovely but open for three + hours before drinking.
