Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon

2010 vintage. Opaque garnet w hint of brown hues; full bodied, silky mouthfeel, classic Rutherford dusty finish. Stewed black cherry, blackberry, black pepper, anise, earth, cedar notes. Drinking well right now.

Beast. Lingers for days. Perfect balance.

Been a few yrs since I've tasted Terlato lineup. Wines much improved. Classic Rutherford.

Cherry pie, a bit of tobacco with mushroom & a slight meat quality. Full fruit up front diminishing to savory. Hot finish needs to decant.

Berry, tobacco, nice finish. With duck with agrodolce sauce and filet ai poivre.

Campione.... ohhhh oh! Perfectly balanced. Huge! What a Napa Cabernet should be.

Nice dark cherry upfront with a bit of smoke and spice at the end. Would have liked some more depth; not that complex, but a solid Cali Cab.
