rather charming, with enough tannin to need a bit of time to open. initial leather and cherry notes softened into herbs and blackberry.

Hard for a Dolcetto to drive me wild. Floral nose, a little spice on the palate.

Full bodied, dry but very flavorful. Has a bite to it up front but finishes smooth
